Forms required to be submitted for New Registration (Online or to the ERO):

All entries in “DECLARATION” portion should be completed in all respects. Please note that giving any false statement made in the DECLARATION portion is a punishable offence under Section 31 of the Representation of People Act, 1950 with imprisonment with a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
